The CCOM is committed to train lay members, equip and lead them into leadership positions for the work of God through its Bible School.

Established to train Pastors, Ministers and workers on the west coast of Africa.

The Generation Leadership Training is a program designed to equip leaders for this generation. The Purpose
is to train God fearing and effective leaders who will expand God's work through the CCOM
The idea is to expand the work of God that cannot be done without the training of generational leaders tocontinue or take over in the
power of the Holy Spirit to continue with the expansion of the Kingdom business. The purpose
is to stress on the next leaders.
The vision was conceived by the Bishop of CCOMI and runs its course quarterly, currently has 2
generations (Generations 2 and 3) in progress. A 4th Generation class will begin soon.

Funding Education in Northern Ghana
Funds from Europe have been used to put up classroom blocks in the least privileged area of the Upper East region in Ghana to help alleviate illiteracy.
